This is a POWERFUL character education activity to do with health classes at the secondary level or for a school-wide activity on the impacts of alcohol.
Each student is given a picture frame and are given directions to write a way they've seen alcohol negatively impact themselves, family members, friends or their community. Keeping all recordings anonymous, after all bricks are submitted, they can be hung around the school or classroom.
Here I've also included a recommendation for a POWERFUL YouTube video. I show this before having student record their answers and thoughts.
Students then walk around and read silently the picture frames completed by others.
**Picture frames, activity directions and helpful tips all included. Intense, attention-getting, and moving.
**This could even be a school wide activity after an assembly dealing with drug or alcohol content.
