HONEYBEE READS TIME, Volume 7 of the Honeybee Series, is an educational story book for ages 3 to 5 and consists of approximately 45 pages with full color illustrations. It introduces analogue time in hours, while mentioning the different stages in the life cycle of a honeybee. In this book Honeybee frequently asks the time, to which the egg, larva, nymph and pupa respond by telling her which stage in the life cycle it is and then subsequently receives the correct time in hours from each type of bee in the colony. The book also provides for repetition of high frequency and other words.
Volumes 1 to 4 include the most important facts and information students will need from Kindergarten to Year 3.
Volumes 5 to 11 focus on specific concepts such as rhyme, counting from 1 to 20, weekdays, sequence of events, analogue time in hours, high frequency words, procedure text, segmenting and blending, etc.
Honeybee's Dictionary 2, Volume 12 include all the information students will need at primary school level.
