Welcome and let’s learn about Nutrition! Are tomatoes fruits or vegetables? Listen carefully:
I say a tomato is a fruit. You say a tomato is a vegetable. Which one of us is right?

Enough worrying about whether a tomato is a fruit or vegetable. The one thing that we can agree upon is that tomatoes are delicious!
Where would you put tomatoes in the food pyramid? If you were a tomato, would you feel more like a fruit or a vegetable?
