I am in love with the new HHMI Data Points!! They present background about a real experiment, provide the collected data, and have discussion questions for analyzing the information with your students.
I made up this worksheet to go along with the data points- I have my students not only interpret the information in the graphs/data sets, but also write CERs (claim-evidence-reasoning explanations) based on the data. My AP Bio kids are just starting out with this writing process, so it's a little more scaffolded at this point in terms of helping the kids think through the information.
