This exam is used as a test for Units 15-17 which fall under Period 4 (1915-Present) within the AP European History curriculum. Units 15-17 include the following topics: Politics of the 1920s and 1930s, the Depression of the 1930s, the Rise of Totalitarianism, World War II, the Soviet Union, and the Cold War. The politics of the late 20th century are not included on this exam and were assessed separately.
The exam is designed according to the redesigned AP European History Exam. It includes 30 stimulus-based multiple choice questions, 15 matching questions to assess necessary vocabulary, and 4 stimulus-based short answer questions (of which students were asked to respond to 3). This exam was given over two 45 minute class periods but could be given in 90 minutes under a block schedule.
This file is a compressed zip folder which includes the test in pdf, Microsoft Word, and ExamView format.
This is the final of 7 tests total covering the entire AP European History curriculum with the exception of Unit 8, the French Revolution and Age of Napoleon which were included on the course midterm exam.
