In this 35+ page presentations, students will analyze the webpage (homepage copy) of 30 different interest groups. They will analyze the various types, strategies, levels, and target groups that are central to the American political process.
They can work on them as a class, groups or individually. Simply print and present.
Some of the questions that they will be asked to complete are:
Identify two interest groups that share the same cause and are most likely part of a coalition movement.

Identify three different interest groups that are driven by occupation.
20 questions in all (with answer key) along with a set of pertinent vocabulary terms.
I teach Advanced Placement Government and my students have always come back and said this activity saved them on the test.
