112 slides! Speeches, eulogies, and other forms of oral communication are meant to be heard! On the AP test there is almost always a piece of text that originally was spoken to an audience. Understanding this, and the different tools used for a speech are paramount to students seeing the purpose, audience and occasion of piece of communication.
In this presentation (really it is a unit in of itself) there are the following: terminology (allusion, parallelism, anaphora, refrain, MORE), writing exercises, movie speech analysis, oral components, and video links.
Note: See my "Speech in the Virginia Convention" presentation for the perfect supplement.
