This activity helps students to master the definitions and examples of the common literary style devices as listed in the College Board AP Latin Curriculum Framework. This consists of 18 sets. Each set consists of a title card, a definition card, an English example card, and Latin example card.
Students can play either a sort card activity, Go Fish, or Spoons with these cards. Instructions for the games are provided.
Lamination with a thicker card stock is suggested for durability
Most English examples are from pop culture or literature. Latin examples mainly come from Caesar and Vergil.
