Product Description
This is a prompt I made for my students while we were reading Macbeth. It is modeled after the AP Literature Question 2 Poetry prompts.

This is a challenging essay prompt, but is great for AP students because of the complexity in Hecate's speech to the witches.

I used it as a timed essay prompt in class after we had read this part of Macbeth, but it is not necessary that students are familiar with Macbeth for them to complete the essay for this prompt. All AP prompts on the Literature test are cold and it is unlikely that students would have any background with the piece.

This is great AP practice!
