Product Description
Assignment: This is a cooperative learning assignment where your students can work in groups of 3 or 4 to brainstorm their response to the ethical dilemmas. Make sure that your group studies the guidelines from the APA. Assign roles within your group. One person should be the recorder/secretary. One person should be the spokesperson for your group.

Instructions: Your group is the Ethics Committee for your university. It is the committee's responsibility to evaluate and either approve or disapprove proposals submitted by faculty members who want to use either humans or animals for research experiments. The proposals describe the experiments, including potential benefits of the research as well as any discomfort or harm that they may cause the subjects. You must either approve the research or deny permission for the experiments. It is not your job to suggest improvements on technical aspects of the projects, such as the experimental design. You should make your decision based on the information given in the proposal.
