AP SPANISH: Presentación Oral: Identidades Personales y Públicas. Héroes y Villanos
I created this Oral Presentation project as a supplement for the theme of "Public and Private Identities" or "Identidades Privadas y Públicas" for my AP Spanish Language and Culture class, but it can be used for any other Spanish or History class. The goal is for students to narrate, improvise and speak Spanish for at least 5 to 10 minutes about a controversial iconic figure in the Hispanic speaking world. Students must present the characteristics of a hero and anti-hero that the figure possesses.
Below you can find a description of the objective.
Usar el idioma español para presentar un héroe controversial de un país hispanohablante apoyado por las imágenes que lo ilustren.
-Outline with detailed description of the project. What must go in each slide.
-A grading rubric for the teacher to use out of 120 points.
-List of Compare and Contrast vocabulary terms/sentence starters for the presentation.
-Note Taking Chart for students to take notes on their presenting peers.
-Since it was written as a Word Document, educators can edit the project for any additional changes.
Everything is ready for the teacher :)
Some of the controversial figures included are:
La Malinche and more! Over 20 options are included.
