Allow students to choose their own projects as they investigate the life and works of the famous Spanish writer, Federico García Lorca.
Complete this project after having studied the works of García Lorca in class. We focus on the works that appear on the required reading list for AP Spanish Literature and Culture in class, and then use this project to analyze those works or compare them with some of his other pieces of literature.
Works studied on required reading list by Lorca:
“Prendimiento de Antoñito el Camborio en el camino de Sevilla”
“La Casa de Bernarda Alba”
Students will use the ‘tic-tac-toe’ board to choose three different activities to complete for this project.
Allow some class time for students to investigate and prepare the different activities. We typically use two class periods of preparation.
Depending on the activities they choose, allow for students presentations to begin the day the project is due.
