This set of PowerPoint presentations includes all the lessons and homework assignments I developed to teach AP Statistics. Each lesson includes lesson goals, lecture materials, bolded key definitions, activities (including links to actual, relevant AP problems by section), and homework assignments.
You could use these lessons to teach in its entirety a year-long AP Statistics course, or a college-level Statistics 101 or even a HS-level non-AP statistics course with minor tweaking. I generally display these lessons on a SMART Board and work through approximately one per day in 40-minute class periods.
In addition to your own use, you can distribute these slides to students so that they have them available at home or can flip through the slides with you in class on their iPads or laptops, which I have found can be effective for many learners.
The textbook I use in the homework assignments is "Stats: Modeling the World" by Bock, Velleman, and De Veaux, though the lessons themselves are easily adaptable to any text. You would just need to adjust the HW slides.
If you have any questions about these lessons, either before or after you purchase them, please feel free to reach out to me personally at firstname.lastname@example.org.
