This is the sixth lesson in the Descriptive Statistics Unit. Students will describe how transforming the data by adding, subtracting, multiplying by, or dividing by a constant effects the distribution’s shape, center, and spread. These lesson are set up to have the teacher lead the students through the note-taking process while incorporating examples for the students to try. The answer keys are provided. Homework will be added shortly at not additional cost to those who purchase before. I will also be making videos that take the student through the lesson for those that flip their classroom or for absent students. SMART notebook files are included for the teacher to fill in with the class.
