Product Description
This test bank includes fourteen original stimulus-sets of multiple-choice questions, which are written in the stimulus style which came into use on the 2015 AP US History test. Each stimulus set includes a short primary- or secondary- source excerpt, and 2-5 questions over the excerpt. The bank includes a total of 40 questions. (This is a NEW bank of questions over Periods 1 & 2 added in August of 2018; these questions are in addition to the Periods 1 and 2 Volume I bank (1491-1754), which was written in 2014.)

The questions cover AP US History Periods 1 (1491-1607) and 2 (1607-1754) and are related to Exploration and Colonization. They are aligned to the revised College Board Curriculum Framework and to the historical thinking skills emphasized on the revised AP test.

Stimuli for the questions in the bank include excerpts from:
*images of maize cultivation in preColumbian southwest
*secondary source--Columbian Exchange
*Vasco de Gama, account of a trip around Africa to India
*image of social hierarchy in Spanish colonies
*Ordinance and Constitution of the Virginia Company
*John Easton, account of a meeting with leader of the Wampanoag Indians
*account of a 17th century French trader
