AP U.S. History
Short-answer questions created to align to the key concepts in the updated AP U.S. Framework for time periods 3 (1754 – 1800) and 4 (1800 - 1848). All questions are written to the style of the College Board.
Topics: Revolutionary Era political and social ideas/beliefs, republicanism and the Articles of Confederation, westward migration, Washington's Farewell Address, Second Great Awakening, tariffs, market revolution, westward expansion and foreign policy
•Ten short-answer questions. Questions all contain three parts.
•Stimulus. Four of the ten questions contain stimuli, either images or primary sources or both.
•Answer key. Suggested response topics are included for each question. Suggested responses correlate to the key concept objective and explicit or implied examples suggested in the AP U.S. History College Board framework.
•Handouts. Short-answer questions and answer box available as a printable handout for easy test taking or assignment. Answer box contains 25 lines for text, which mimics the answer box students will receive on the AP Exam.
