APUSH Review - Decades Activity Part II
Great way to review content, chronology, and connections in preparation for the APUSH exam. Students are given 25 sets of 4 or 5 APUSH vocabulary words. For each set, students must
• determine the decade the events occurred in
• define and date each term
• analyze how the term is related to the decade in question
• jot down any additional terms that are typically associated with that decade
This activity can be done at home in preparation for review in class or during class with a small group. The following decades are represented in this worksheet:
1760s, 1790s, 1800s, 1820s, 1830s, 1850s, 1860s, 1870s, 1890s, 1900s, 1910s, 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s
Note: Several decades will be used more than once due to their importance.
