Thank you for your interest in my A.R. Monitoring and Tracking Pack! Included in this pack you will find:
A.R. Test Clip Chart
A.R. Student Tracking Logs
I like to use the A.R. test clip chart to quickly glance at in order to see if any students need to take an A.R. test as well as determine which students are still reading. It is so easy to have the students learn the routine of moving their clip to “Yes, I am ready!” rather than hearing 5 students at one time ask to take a test!
I like to print this display on card stock, laminate, cut it out and then hot glue to to decorative, thick ribbon. Use clothespins with students’ names so that students can use the system with ease.
There are two versions of the student A.R. Tracking Log: One that includes a column for teacher initials after a test has been taken and one set that does not include the teacher initial column. The second page of each log has a space where students can total their points.
The Hooray Note is a fun celebratory note that can be sent home to a students’ family on the day that they meet their A.R. goal! There are two versions of the Hooray Note: girl (her) in purple and boy (his) in blue.
Also, be sure to check out my Accelerated Reader Award/Certificate
for students that meet their A.R. goal! It is great to give out to the student with their report card!
ENJOY and please leave feedback!! :)
