Use an agenda during ARCs to keep your meetings intentional. This template can be used with any type of ARC meeting. It is color coded for each type of meeting to ensure you complete all tasks needed for that meeting.
Create a new agenda for each meeting, only including the information needed for THAT meeting.
In our building, all members, including the parents, provide input during "share progress". We organize it in strengths and areas of growth. All members, including the parent discusses the strengths of the students, then all members discuss areas for growth. The case manager shares the progress toward goals during this time, while teachers share progress in their class and parents share progress at home.
