Product Description

An easy sub lesson, or a warm up activity. Review line patterns in the first row of boxes such as woven, scales and checkered. Explore different strategies to create visual textures such as bumpy, smooth, gooey, fluffy and prickly in the split boxes. The rectangles have the following listed perspectives: Bird's Eye, Worm's Eye, Zoomed In, One-Point Perspective (Vanishing Point) and Straight On. May be taught as a follow along activity, projected on the whiteboard, or as an independent activity. For critique and reflection, it is nice to review the finished designs, and discuss which ones look similar and thus could be used interchangeably with a few tweaks.
