Increasing in complexity from previous quizzes, this receptive assessment is cumulative and is a review of beginning ASL I vocabulary and grammar. This quiz consists of a total of 30 questions (#1-10 are meant to be fingerspelled by the teacher, #11-28 are short sentences also to be signed by the teacher, and #29-32 are knowledge-based questions). Students are to write down the fingerspelled words and/or sentences translated from ASL to English. Later quizzes continue to be cumulative and become increasingly complex.
