Increasing in complexity from Quiz #1, this receptive assessment is cumulative and is a review of beginning ASL I vocabulary and grammar. This quiz consists of a total of 66 questions (#1-10 are meant to be fingerspelled by the teacher, #11-40 are individual signs, #41-63 are short sentences, #64-66 are knowledge-based questions). Students are to write down the fingerspelled words and/or sentences translated from ASL to English. Later tests continue to be cumulative and become increasingly complex. Power Point Answer Key included for ease of in-class grading by students, or grading by teacher.
