Appropriate for beginning ASL II students, these Refresher Dialogues are meant to serve as a helpful aid in remembering ASL I vocabulary before going to task on new ASL II-level work. This handout includes 20 basic dialogues, meant for pair work. ASL grammar is provided for each Dialogue (which the students are expected to follow). These handouts include a short cumulative review of ASL I vocab including: Time markers, fingerspelling, days of the week, weather, events, numbers, family, friends, hobbies, preferences, colors, food, and appearance.
These simple Dialogues help students remember what they might have forgotten since taking ASL I, and gives them a stronger foundation for the beginning of ASL II!
