ASL Sign Language Sight Word Activity Charts: Dolch 220 Primer

Description
Looking for a way to add a little FUN to your Sight Word Worksheets & Lesson Plans? Try these set of ASL Sign Language Activity Charts. Students will learn to sign each of the 52 words in the Dolch 220 Primer Word list.
Contents: This set includes 52 printable sheets, one for each of the Dolch 220 Primer words recommended during the kindergarten year.
How to Use: Laminate for durability, or store in page protectors. Introduce children to the new sight word and show them how to sign the word with ASL. Older students can read the passages and circle their word as they read. Read the passage aloud to younger students and help them to find their new word as you go. Next, students use letter magnets to spell their new sight word. Finally, students use ASL fingerspelling to spell their work with sign language. If desired place the entire set in page protectors and insert into a three ring-binder. Students can go through the words one by one using a dry erase marker.
