These are forms I use at the beginning of the school year. They can be used at any time and are great for keeping up with students accomendations. I normally keep them in my general notebook with assessments. They are quick forms for me to look at when asked about students testing modifications, who has a PEP, or even how many students have RTI folders and for what. There is even a lunch count sheet which I use at the beginning of the year. I normally print five one for each day and laminate it. Then I take it to the cafeteria, so if there is ever any confusion about what students order I have a handy check sheet. At the end of the week I clean them off and reuse them. (It;s better to use a Visa-V marker not Expo).
