These are Cornell notes for the K level. Questions on the left, "answers" on the right, summary at the bottom. Each worksheet focuses on one color. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, gray, brown, black, and white. Students color in the bubble letters completely with the correct color. Then they draw 4 objects. I label each drawing unless they are able to do phonetic spelling or copy from a class anchor chart. Next they trace the dot letters for practice and then complete the summary sentence at the bottom. My AVID Cornell notes have been selected as examples and used in National AVID Institutes. I plan on adding more Cornell notes for K in the future.
