Give students practice solving and identifying graphs from absolute value inequalities. Students have 12 3-part puzzles matching the equations with the problem and the written solution. Great practice on several levels.
Preparation: Print, laminate and cut out all puzzles before giving to students. As printed, they are already correctly matched.
There are 12 3-part puzzles
1 Full page puzzle to demonstration to the students on how to match.
Student worksheet to record their work as they solve the inequalities.
Directions on how to use.
Note: for an extra challenge there are 2 additional 3-part cards included which DO NOT match to each other or anything else. If you have a student (or more than one) who need an extra challenge, print, laminate, and cut these extra pieces and include with the others. I let students know up from that all the pieces may not match together and they may have some which are left over.
