This project allows students to delve into all that they have learned about the vast Age of Absolutism, and focus on the essential points. Students will first compose a statement answering a specific question related to absolutism, divine right, Peter the Great, Louis XIV, and England's development into a limited monarchy. Then they will illustrate these key points. This activity meets the needs of all learning styles and really allows students to work to identify essential ideas within a unit, while allowing the teacher to assess comprehension. The visual review activity has been used in the 15:1, Direct Consultant Teacher, and General Education setting; all with great success.
