These sports cards were created as a motivational tool in my classroom for my students to meet their reading goals.
Ideas on how to use them:
These cards (3.5” x 2.5”) can be used in many ways. You can paste a backing to the cards that show “stats” of each student that includes their name, goals with points, for a range of subjects. My students really took ownership of their cards and were very motivated to meet their reading goals. I customized everyone’s stats and placed the cards in a sports card holder.
I have 16 different Back Stats depending on the level of each student and Reading (or any subject) Goal:
Each set of Goal Points is divided into 4 quarters and there's a blank space at the bottom of each quarter for you to fill in how many points your students achieved. For example:
52 points: 25% (13 points), 50% (26 points), 75% (39 points, 100% (52 points)
Included in this package of 2 Word documents:
- 4 different colors of Sports Card theme and instructions
- Editable "back stats" for various goals (reading, math, etc) and points for each quarter (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

I may not be able to quickly help with trouble shooting, but have made the instructions as clear as possible in the free version.
