I create these for my students and customize them with the levels given by the STAR report. I attach the school media center check out card to this card to allow students to easily find AR books on their level. I recreate these each marking period after administering the STAR test. If you print these on colored card stock and laminate them, they last with daily usage. The file is editable and I have it set for my Hollywood theme.
