Use this chart to share your expectations for what accountable talk should look like and sound like. Organized in a T-chart format, this chart shows what the speaker should be doing and what the listener should be doing. The pictures at the top stand for "no hogs and no logs" to remind your students that you don't want anyone hogging the conversation OR just sitting there like a log. :)
