Product Description
Students will conduct an inquiry into acid rain and will understand it’s effect on metals, limestone, and marble. A good example of this is the Statue of Liberty. The experiment will examine how acid rain is speeding up the corrosion of the statue, which is made of copper and iron. It also test how the salt water that surrounds the statue combines with the other chemicals to speed up the damage.
