Here is a set of twenty-four action photos (verbs) of boys and girls doing everyday activities. These photos were designed for online speech therapy but are appropriate for special education, ESL, and homeschool.
Verbs are: clap, climb, cry, cut, eat, drink, hug, jump, kick, kiss, laugh, listen, paint, play, read, ride, run, sleep, sit, swing, talk, walk, wash, write.
The photos provide opportunities to produce grammatically correct sentences with subjective pronouns, correct subject/verb agreement, naming familiar activities, responding to a ‘what’ question, and demonstrating understanding of the names of familiar activities.
