Do you want to teach a play that is funny and the students will enjoy? Brighton Beach Memoirs by Neil Simon is a play that I've taught several times and the kids truly enjoy it. It's about a 16 year old boy growing up in Brooklyn during The Great Depression. He learns a lot of life lessons and matures over the course of the play. There are 94 pages of materials included here. Everything is an editable MS Word Documents except for the task cards and the characterization webs.
