Description

This resource will allow students to examine their own voice as well as voice equity. It is a starting point for the conversation on social justice and equity.

You will need to purchase the book Say Something! by Peter H. Reyonlds.

Students will listen to Say Something! by Peter H. Reynolds, then respond to prompts that promote a deeper understanding of social justice in the classroom.

This digital resource can be used for in-person or digital instruction.

  • For in-person instruction, use during your class meeting time by projecting the slides and annotating them using a smart board or white board. Printable pages are included at the end.
  • For digital instruction, compatible with ZOOM, Teams, Google Meets, etc. Simply start your meeting, start the slide show, and share your screen. Use the Nearpod add-on to easily convert the slides and share them with your students so that they can contribute to the conversation digitally by annotating, recording video responses, writing on the slides.
