Do your students overcrowd or fight over certain areas during Activity Time? Place these signs at different areas around the classroom to distribute students across your activity centers.
You can customize this order to fit the specific activities and needs of your classroom. Slots numbered from 1–5 set a maximum number of children per activity center so overcrowding and fighting doesn't occur and students are allowed maximum experience with materials. Each ticket can be labeled with a student's name and gives them access to any center so long as slots are available. Children will learn patience, responsibility, and letter recognition as they interact daily with their name tags as well as the name tags of other students. You can laminate charts and tickets and attach Velcro to both for easy use. Charts measure 8.5x11 inches. Default activity centers include: Reading, Art, Puzzles, Dramatic Play, Writing, and Science.
*Pro Tip: Set a timer. Every time it rings have the students move to a new center. This way, everyone knows they'll get a chance to do their favorite activity.
