Product Description
This PDF file contains eight task cards that ask students to predict changes in real populations and ecosystems resulting from changes in biotic factors.

To print four boxes per page, open the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader and choose the option "multiple pages" on the print screen. The first four pages are the backsides to the cards, while the remaining eight pages are the actual task cards.

Sample Card:

Lionfish, native to the South Pacific, are an invasive species in the Gulf of Mexico and are eating everything in sight, including important fish like damselfish and wrasse, which keep the coral reef clean. What can you predict may happen to the reef ecosystem if the populations of damselfish and wrasse disappear?
