Here is the activity schedule that I use frequently for my one-on-one sessions for those kids who need to know what the plan is for the day!
Place labels or visuals of what activities you are going to do during the session that day on the left side (to-do). As you complete each activity, refer to the schedule and move that label to the right side (all-done). When you move over the last visual, the child will see the "finish" star and know that they have reached the end!
This is very successful with my students diagnosed with Autism (ASD) and the little guys who need to extra structure. Even if the plan is just to play!
After printing and laminating, I use the strip velcro down each side to attach my visuals for each activity, so that they are easily changed.
