This activity sheet has 15 conceptually based questions on finding the volumes of solids of revolution. Regions are rotated around the x-axis, the y-axis, and lines parallel to either the x-axis or y-axis. In a few problems students are asked only to write the integral that will find the request volume. In most of the other problems students must complete the integration. One exercise is labeled calculator active. This exercise should be integrated on the graphing calculator.
The questions are designed to be used with Advanced Placement Calculus students.
You will find many other activity sheets for calculus available in my store. Some of them can also be bought in bundles.
