This is a worksheet to use with students prior to learning about adaptations and after.
Students create an hypothesis about what they believe adaptations means. After learning about adaptions, they come back and write whether or not their hypothesis was correct or incorrect. Finally, they must state some adaptations and why they believe animals, plants and humans adapt.
I used this worksheet in conjunction with a video on Wisconsin Media Lab about adaptations. In reality, any basic video or presentation on adaptations would work with this.
