Kids love interactive books! This repetitive refrain early reader comes in two versions, with or without symbol support, to let you work on spring vocabulary, pronouns, and present progressive (verb + ing) or past/present/future verb tenses. This adaptable set with homework worksheets targets many goals for mixed level groups and is great for limited readers and AAC!

Activities include:

1- Provide symbols in the 12 page adapted Spring book to finish the noun-verb-object sentences. Students can fill in the noun, the verb, or complete the sentence with both.
2- Choose a book with or without symbol support to make differentiated instruction easier. The book without symbols has pictures to match on each page.
3- Complete 5 picture homework worksheets: cut and paste winter versus spring, follow directions and color, what is needed for the spring activity.
4- Practice vocabulary and sentences with the 54 picture cards.
5- Play the bunny hop game board and name items for spring.
6- Spin the bunny spinner for past/present/future tenses as a separate activity or for use with picture cards or games.
7- Play the Shadow match spring activities game for vocabulary use or sentence production.
8- Use the Spring tokens to use for reinforcement and scoring.
