Using craftivities is an easy and fun way to address multiple students with different goals in one session!! While I love craftivities, I always needed to make modifications so ALL of my students could use them! This craftivity packet includes additional materials so you can use it with a wide variety of students.
The following is included:
1) Stencil Page - One page ready to print onto cardstock to make stencils for each of the necessary parts/shapes!
2) Printable Pages - Pages perfect for printing/copying directly onto colored paper. I prefer to use this method to save time! No tracing needed!
3) Additional Materials
Oval worksheets to glue on the back of the rabbit. Includes a sheet for articulation words, writing prompts (If I were a rabbit, I would...), a sequencing sheet (write 3 or 6 steps on how to make a rabbit), labeling the parts of a rabbit, and a blank sheet that can be used for anything!
b. Four communication boards for various ability levels. Includes boards for simple requesting (I want _____(body part)) through one with 25 icons including comments, requests, etc...
c. Large sequencing cards with words and real pictures.
--I like to print these in black and white and stable into mini books to send home with my students! Parents love this as carryover.
d. Mini sequencing cards with 2 accompanying worksheets.
e. Two books for different levels. Both go step by step how to make a rabbit and include real pictures of the process.
--If you want to save paper, ink, and money, pull up the books on your iPad/computer and follow along as you make the craft!
