Make your own class "Who Am I?" book using adapted materials great for all learners.
Using picture symbols your students can each make their own page for the book answering questions about what letter their name starts with, are they a boy or girl, and what color their hair is. You can either put a picture of the student or have them draw a picture of him/herself on the bottom half of the page.
Next, put your class book together! Use the included half-page "Who am I?" sheet to conceal the picture of each student. You and your kids will have a great time reading the clues at the top of the page and trying to guess who is hiding!
This activity is fantastic for:
Learning personal information
Learning peers names (you can also make teacher/family pages to help student's learn other people's names!)
Answering "who" questions
