Adding two-digit numbers can be a challenge, especially when little mathematicians need to decide whether to regroup or not. This three-pack bundle of 72 math riddle task cards with and without regrouping uses a fun format to help your students develop the skills they need!

On each task cards, your students will add 2 two-digit numbers and find the sum on a grid of four answers. When three number models have been solved and their solutions have been eliminated from the grid, the remaining answer is the Secret Number!
Here are some ideas for using your addition task cards .
♦ Use in a math center for individual or partner work
♦ Use for whole class review with your document camera
♦ Use as a skills review rotation (Scoot) individually or with partners, with students moving to stations around the classroom to solve the riddles
♦ Use for morning “bell ringers”
♦ Use as enrichment for early finishers
