This math mini-book helps students understand how to quickly add 10 to single digits 1-9. There is a focus on conceptual understanding as well as using mental math.
There are 10 interactive mini-book pages (including the cover), each numbered for easy assembly. Simply print, cut each page in half along the dotted line, and staple (I suggest 3 staples along the left-hand side).
Why a mini-book?
I like mini-books because they're concise, cute, and less daunting for younger students. Students can work through them quickly and get a feeling of accomplishment. Also, they're easy to store in student files and keep on hand for review, assessments, and parent conferences.
