Three tab foldable with:
-scaffolded examples and fill in the blank steps
-blank examples and steps (in case you want to use your own wording)
I currently use this foldable as a review of fraction operations in the beginning of the year for my 7th grade math class, however it does align with 5th grade common core math standard NFA.1. The foldable could be hole punched and placed in a binder, or taped into an interactive notebook. It shows how three different methods (Draw a Visual, Convert to Improper Fraction, and Add Fractions and Whole Numbers separately) for adding mixed numbers will give you the same answer.
