QR Codes will have your students begging for more addition and subtraction math practice. Students will solve grocery store themed money word problems and then self check their answers by scanning the QR code on the task card. Students will read the word problem and use the photo page to determine the prices to add and/or subtract.
No way to read the QR codes? No problem! An answer key is included so you can still use this set and check them that way.
There is minimal set up for this math center. Print the photo/price sheet and task cards on card stock and laminate for durability and repeated use. Cut your task cards and you are ready for some math fun.
The tasks cards have different levels of difficulty included. Students will add two items, three items, practice repeated addition (multiplication), make change (subtraction), and add and subtract in multi-step problems.
Here is what you get:
Vegetable price sheet (4 high quality photos)
Grocery price sheet (6 high quality photos)
24 task cards (orange set)
24 task cards (blue set)
Student Response Sheet
2 Teacher Answer Keys
