Product Description
Thank you for purchasing one of my products. I hope that you and your students enjoy these activities. The following activities are for your classroom/personal use only. You may not claim any of my products as your own or sell them as your own.

Adding and Subtracting Unlike Fractions (CCSS.5.NF.A.1) Grade 5 includes the following:

24 task cards (Color AND B&W Version)
Recording sheets: (1) for the game Scoot (1) for using them as Task Cards
Answer key
“I Can” poster
1 “Scoot” Cover Card
3 “Task Card” Cover Cards: (set 1, set 2, set 3) - in case you would like to make several sets for your classroom use.
Bonus: (4) Mixed Review Cards

These cards can be used in several different ways. You may:

Play Scoot:

Place one task card on each student desk, in numerical order. Give each student a recording sheet and a pencil. Have students record answers as they go. I usually play upbeat music while they are working and after a length of time, I call “1, 2, 3, Scoot”. The students then shift to the next seat. You set the time, but my students love a challenge!

Use them as Task Cards/Centers:
Print, laminate, and use as task cards with the optional recording sheet provided.

Homework:
Use the black and white version to allow students to take them home and have additional practice.

No matter how you use them, students will enjoy working in small groups, whole group, or individually.

I suggest laminating them on card stock for longer use. :) Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

***** I am once again taking request for task cards! If you have something you would like made into a task card or flash cards, please feel free to email me at mgoddard712@hotmail.com. *****

Happy Teaching!
