This packet contains four activities for students to practice adding two-digit numbers by 10.

1. Game - Students start with 3 longs from base 10 blocks (cut-outs provided if you do not own them). They then move around the board adding or subtracting tens or ones. Weh both players reach the end, the player with the largest number wins.

2. Adding Bone Puzzles - children mentally add 10 to a two-digit number to put puzzles back together again.

3. Crazy Squares - students must add and subtract by ten to correctly fill in the puzzle.

4. Adding by 10 and Multiples of 10 Game - You can play war or Go Fish with these cards as another fun way of practicing adding and subtracting.
