Spin the red spinner.
Cover that number of spaces on your game board with red mittens.
Spin the blue spinner.
Cover that number of spaces on your game board with blue mittens.
Use the tens frame to write an addition number sentence.
Record your number sentence on your recording sheet.
Draw and color mittens on your recording sheet to match your game card.
Print and laminate Game Board for durability
(two copies are included—one in color, one in black/white).
Print, cut, and laminate the mitten game pieces for durability
Cut out spinner arrow (alternatively, students could use a pencil and paper clip as a spinner arrow if you so choose).
Print a recording sheet for each student. Two styles are included. On the first copy, blank gloves are included so students only need to color them in, but they will need to cross out any that are not used. The second copy includes blank tens frames for students to draw and color the mittens.
